Responsabilités

• Classroom leadership: collaborate with teachers to create a stimulating, welcoming space for children to play, learn, and grow.
• Curriculum implementation: support teachers in applying the LEAP Curriculum®, adapting for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Safety first: maintain a safe, nurturing environment where children thrive.
• Family communication: update parents on progress and milestones via apps and in-person chats.
• Center collaboration: work with staff and leadership to support retention, enrollment, and engagement goals.
• Relationship building: foster warm relationships with families and colleagues to support learning and play.
