Job summary

The Learning Experience is hiring Assistant Teachers in Florida to create joyful, educational moments for children. You will support teachers, help implement our L.E.A.P. Curriculum, and ensure a safe, welcoming space for infants to preschoolers.

Strong communication with families and a teamwork mindset are essential, as you help drive enrollment, retention and engagement while fostering a loving learning environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Minimum age 18; state compliance and immunization health training required.
• Experience in childcare or a demonstrated passion for early childhood education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead with teachers to create a welcoming, safe classroom environment.
• Assist in implementing the L.E.A.P. Curriculum to infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
• Prioritize safety and supervise children to ensure a nurturing setting.
• Communicate with families about progress using apps and in-person discussions.
• Collaborate with staff to support retention, enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build warm relationships with families and colleagues to support a positive learning atmosphere.
