Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking Assistant Teachers for our Mesa center. You will support classroom teachers, help with daily routines, and contribute to a safe, engaging environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Responsibilities include implementing our LEAP Curriculum®, communicating with families, and collaborating with staff to support enrollment, retention, and child development outcomes. Prior childcare interest or experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ECE coursework preferred.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a welcoming classroom environment with teachers.
• Assist in implementing the LEAP Curriculum® for Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool.
• Prioritize safety and a nurturing atmosphere for children.
• Communicate with families about progress and milestones using apps and in-person discussions.
• Collaborate with center staff to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement.
• Build warm relationships with families and colleagues.
