Join us as an Assistant Swim Team Coach at Life Time Inc.

We are looking for a dedicated Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve helping our Swim Team members improve their swimming skills in our state-of-the-art recreational and lap pools, both indoors and outdoors. You will collaborate with the Head Swim Team Coach to design and lead Swim Team Group Workouts, assist in registering new participants, and maintain the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities.

Responsibilities

• Offer competitive swimmers the opportunity to master technique
• Run daily practices under the direction of the head coach
• Promote all Life Time products, services, and programs

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of swim coaching experience
• Member of ASCA
• Member of USA Swimming
• CPR/AED certification
• Lifeguard Certification within 60 days of hire
• Complete all job-specific requirements with Life Time Education
• Ability to work stationary and move about the club for prolonged periods
• Effective communication skills with guests regarding Life Time products and services
• Swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
• Ability to routinely bend to lift 20 lbs or less and occasionally lift more than 20 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• ASCA Level 1 Certification or higher
