Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review student records to determine appropriate course placement (document verification).
  • Create initial student schedules or escalate cases for further review.
  • Process placement and schedule change requests.
  • Assist with enrollment in supplemental programs, clubs, and activities.
  • Manage daily workflow to ensure efficiency, student retention, and compliance.
  • Maintain student records in the Enrollment Management System (EMS).
  • Ensure compliance with FERPA privacy guidelines.
  • Provide expert knowledge on operational differences between schools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to connect empathetically with students and families.
  • Creative thinking and initiative in addressing challenges.
  • Experience handling escalated issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of FERPA and student privacy policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education or academic advising experience (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Experience in a virtual work environment.
  • Familiarity with EMS/SIS enrollment platforms.
Shifts:

Monday - Friday, hours between 8AM EST - 7PM EST

Contract from mid June through mid September 2025

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr.
