A leading university’s athletic department is seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of swim coach. This position will involve instructing student-athletes in swimming skills, monitoring their performance, and contributing to overall student growth. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and coaching experience, demonstrating a commitment to academic success and effective communication.
Job Description: The successful candidate will be able to instruct student-athletes in ways to strengthen their swimming skills and teamwork skills. Monitor student-athletes' academic and athletic performance. Accept additional duties as assigned to support the overall function of the athletic department. Teach limited classes as assigned in HHP. Serve as an assistant Director of Dragon Swim School. Contribute to student growth and development. Support Minnesota State University Moorhead's strategic priority of creating a campus community that is diverse, inclusive, globally aware, and just.
