Job description

Job Description: The successful candidate will be able to instruct student-athletes in ways to strengthen their swimming skills and teamwork skills. Monitor student-athletes' academic and athletic performance. Accept additional duties as assigned to support the overall function of the athletic department. Teach limited classes as assigned in HHP. Serve as an assistant Director of Dragon Swim School. Contribute to student growth and development. Support Minnesota State University Moorhead's strategic priority of creating a campus community that is diverse, inclusive, globally aware, and just.

The successful candidate must be able to lawfully accept employment in the United States by the start date. The University regrets that we are unable to offer H1-B sponsorship at this time. Preferred Qualifications:

• Skills/ability to integrate technology to enhance learning and teaching.
• Two years of collegiate swimming coaching experience.
• Knowledge of NCAA Division II and NSIC Conference rules and regulations.
