Job summary

Brigham Young University (BYU) seeks an Assistant Supervisor for the Office of Information Technology (OIT) to mentor student employees and grow the Student Experiential Learning and Tech for Success programs. You will design training, lead learning activities, and award completion badges while connecting students with hands-on IT experience across the technology lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the listed areas (online course design, computer sales, materials/inventory management, assets management, financial management, project management) or an equivalent education/experience.
  • Experience supervising part‑time personnel is required.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree in a business or education field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow the student experiential learning program.
  • Maintain and grow the Tech for Success program.
  • Assist in supervising OIT warehouse student employees.
