Base pay range: $14.50/hr

What You Will Do

• Provide and lead a team to deliver superior guest service
• Motivate and energize ambassadors
• Open and close facilities following procedures
• Provide menu and park information to guests
• Monitor equipment and report issues
• Ensure meal and rest periods for ambassadors
• Manage queue lines
• Record financials and complete station tasks
• Ensure food presentation and portioning meet standards
• Monitor food and equipment temperatures per HACCP plans
• Supervise and train ambassadors
• Authorize over-rings and monitor food waste
• Perform supervisory responsibilities including training, scheduling, performance review, and addressing issues
• Represent the park positively and maintain high energy and commitment
• Prepare and serve food, clean facilities, operate equipment, and assist with training
• Respond to guest needs to ensure excellent service
• Perform other duties as assigned and assist across park locations as needed

Qualifications

• 1-3 months of related experience or equivalent education
• Successfully pass ServSafe, Alcohol, and Food Handlers tests
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions
