Michael Page US is assisting a South Florida contractor with a hands-on role on a 110-unit, 8-story multifamily development in Miami. You will assist daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and monitor progress against the schedule.

The successful candidate has ground-up multifamily experience on 100+ unit projects, a strong grasp of sequencing and site logistics, and the ability to lead multiple subcontractors across project phases.

• Assist with daily field operations on a 110-unit, 8-story multifamily development

• Collaborate with the Superintendent, project team, and trade partners throughout construction
