Job summary

MPI is seeking a construction professional to coordinate field operations on ground-up multifamily projects in South Florida. You will manage subcontractors, ensure the project is sequenced correctly, and maintain strict schedules to meet delivery goals.

The role requires strong scheduling capabilities, attention to safety and quality, and the ability to coordinate planning and logistics with the superintendent to support on-time delivery for high-density residential developments.

Qualifications

• Ground-up multifamily construction experience required.
• Experience on projects with 100+ residential units preferred.
• Strong scheduling and project sequencing capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project phases.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field operations on ground-up multifamily projects.
• Manage subcontractors, project sequencing, and work schedules.
• Monitor quality, safety, and project progress throughout construction.
• Assist the Superintendent with planning, logistics, and site coordination.
• Support on-time project delivery while maintaining client expectations.
