Job summary

Michael Page US is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a ground-up multifamily development in Florida. The role involves directing all phases of the project, managing budgets and schedules, and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout delivery.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of GC PM experience, proven ability to deliver $20M+ projects, and expertise with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.
  • Ground-up multifamily construction experience required.
  • Experience delivering projects valued at $20M+ preferred.
  • Strong budgeting, cost control, and scheduling expertise.
  • Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar platforms.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:
