Job summary

MPI, a growing South Florida General Contractor, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support two upcoming $30M multifamily developments in Coral Gables, FL. This role offers direct mentorship from senior leaders and exposure to all phases of construction.

Responsibilities include assisting with ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and coordination with owners, architects, consultants and field teams.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of construction experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer.
  • Multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial construction experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management software and construction documentation.

Job Description

The Successful Applicant
