Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.
  • Ground-up multifamily construction experience required.
  • Experience managing projects valued at $20M+.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project delivery knowledge.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar software.

Job Description


  • Manage all phases of a ground-up multifamily construction project from preconstruction through closeout

  • Oversee project budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and financial reporting

  • Develop and maintain project schedules while ensuring key milestones are achieved

  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to drive project success

  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates to stakeholders

The Successful Applicant


  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor

  • Ground-up multifamily construction experience required

  • Experience managing projects valued at $20M+ preferred

  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software
