Michael Page US is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a ground-up multifamily development in South Florida. You will manage all phases from preconstruction through closeout, oversee budgets and schedules, and coordinate subcontractors and internal teams to deliver a high-profile project valued at $20M+.

The role offers a base salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 plus benefits, with strong growth opportunities as the project pipeline expands in a growing Florida market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.
• Ground-up multifamily construction experience required.
• Experience managing projects valued at $20M+.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and project delivery knowledge.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or similar software.
