Job summary

MPI's client, a top general contractor in Florida, is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking on active multifamily, affordable housing, and commercial projects.

You will manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation, coordinate subcontractors and procurement, and participate in owner, architect, and contractor meetings with a focus on clear communication and organization.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of construction experience with a general contractor.
  • Multifamily, affordable housing, or commercial project experience preferred.
  • Florida construction experience required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
