Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to support construction of a luxury multifamily development in Orlando, FL. The role involves overseeing ground-up work on a 200+ unit project, coordinating field operations, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• Minimum of 3–4 completed ground-up multifamily projects as an Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent.
• Experience constructing 150+ unit apartment communities.
• Strong background in wood-frame multifamily construction, podium, wrap-style, or garden-style developments.
• Ability to independently manage daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety.
• Experience coordinating inspections, scheduling, punch lists, and project closeout.
• Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Local Orlando candidates or those willing to relocate are highly preferred.

Responsibilities
