Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale ground-up apartment developments in Central Florida, from site mobilization through turnover. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of multifamily construction experience, 5+ years in ground-up multifamily, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.

As their multifamily portfolio continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead large-scale ground-up apartment developments from site mobilization through final turnover. • Full construction process experience including walkthroughs, punchouts, closeout
• Ability to get ahead of issues and prevent project delays
• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software
• Ability to coordinate inspections, safety compliance, and production scheduling
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, logistics, and quality control
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
