Job summary

GbOSS is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent and Project Manager in delivering projects on time and within scope. You will help manage safety, quality, and scheduling while coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors on field issues.

The role requires traveling to job sites, interpreting construction documentation, and maintaining daily records. A degree in construction management and OSHA 10 are preferred; long-term growth and industry events are

Qualifications

• Must interpret critical path schedules and construction drawings/specifications.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate with stakeholders clearly.
• Fluent English communication and travel to job sites as needed.
• OSHA 10 certification required; background checkable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendent with safety, quality, and schedule on projects from start to closeout.
• Champion GbOSS safety culture and ensure compliance by team and subs.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and field staff; preside at pre-construction meetings.
• Maintain project records, RFIs, ASIs, and as-builts; support daily safety audits.
• Engage with inspectors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors; manage logistics.
