Goldbelt Operations Support Services, LLC (GbOSS) seeks an Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent and Project Manager in completing projects on time and within scope. You will help oversee safety, quality, scheduling, and communications with the architect and consultants on field and constructability issues, with occasional travel required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Must be able to travel to job site(s) as assigned.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendent with managing job site safety, quality, and schedule for assigned projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Ensure GbOSS safety culture is followed by project team and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, project team members, and field personnel.
• Represent GbOSS professionally at pre-construction meetings with subcontractors.
• Open and secure the job site daily.
