Job summary

Skanska is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to lead field operations on a US-based project. You will help ensure timely, profitable completion and supervise teams while not performing manual labor.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of construction experience and experience with safety/QAQC policies, subcontractor oversight, scheduling milestones, look-ahead schedules, site logistics, COs, and plans. Skanska offers strong benefits and a commitment to growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven construction experience.
• 3+ years of experience administering safety and QAQC policies.
• 1+ year assisting with the oversight of subcontractors.
• 1+ year working with schedule milestones and look-ahead schedules.
• 1+ year assisting with job site logistics and management.
• 1+ year tracking COs and tickets.
• 1+ year working with plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations to ensure timely and profitable completion of assignments.
• Manage and lead workers on site without performing manual labor.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet milestones.
