The candidate should bring 5+ years of construction experience and a proven track record in leadership, change orders, and coordinating with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven construction experience.
• 2+ years as Safety and QAQC Cultural Champion.
• 2+ years leading smaller fit-out projects or a project area.
• 2+ years experience with change orders and ticket management.
• 2+ years experience with subcontractor oversight.
• 2+ years experience with schedule updates and look-ahead schedules.
• 2+ years experience reading and delivering on plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Superintendent 1 (Area) manages field operations in assigned areas, ensuring safe, timely, profitable, and ethical work.
• Direct supervision of field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents.
