EdgeHill Integrated Systems seeks an Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent and field team with daily jobsite activities, planning, scheduling, drawing reviews, and QA/QC. You will help coordinate subcontractors, manage daily reports, and assist in project planning to maintain workflow and schedule integrity.

The role emphasizes learning key aspects of field management while ensuring adherence to construction documents, safety programs, and project closeout activities.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Commercial/Multi-Family Electrical Construction experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Models safety as a core guiding principle and communicates concerns to the Superintendent.
• Manages subcontractors to maintain housekeeping and follow workflow.
• Assists in daily reports, progress reports, and compliance reports.
• Learns how to perform detailed plan reviews and stay ahead of RFIs and future coordination issues.
• Assists Superintendent in verifying subcontractor durations, sequencing and predecessor/successor relationships.
• Drives project closeout and owner turnover.
