EdgeHill Integrated Systems is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent and field team on construction projects in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on learning field management aspects such as planning, scheduling, drawing reviews, quality control, and subcontractor coordination while upholding EC values of integrity, precision, growth, and teamwork.

You will assist with daily reports, safety walks, and coordination meetings, ensuring work aligns with construction documents

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Commercial/multi-family electrical construction experience preferred.
Ability to learn planning, scheduling, drawing reviews, QA/QC and subcontractor coordination.

Responsabilités

Support Superintendent and field team with daily jobsite activities.
Coordinate with Superintendent to ensure proper jobsite setup and flow of work.
Assist in detailed plan reviews and manage RFIs and coordination issues.
Prepare and assist in daily, progress, and compliance reports.
Assist in planning the project, verify subcontractor durations and sequencing.
Document schedules with photos and written communication for subs' contractual obligations.
Ensure all installed material aligns with specs and submittals.
Participate in subcontractor coordination meetings and safety orientations.
