Job summary

EdgeHill Integrated Systems seeks an Electrical Field Superintendent to lead field management on construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will coordinate with subcontractors, review drawings, and drive issue resolution on a day-to-day basis.

You will mentor junior staff, maintain materials logs, and ensure compliance with project documentation and QA/QC standards, delivering projects with reliability and a professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Leads and enforces EdgeHill’s safety standards.
• Coordinates day-to-day site logistics with project teams and subs.
• Manages project startup requirements and reviews drawings for details.
• Supports in progress and compliance reports and scheduling updates.
• Mentors assistant supers and field engineers; trains field staff.
• Ensures installed materials meet specifications and submittals.
