Job summary

EdgeHill Integrated Systems is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent and field team with daily jobsite activities, planning, scheduling, drawing reviews, quality control, and subcontractor coordination on commercial electrical construction projects. You will learn key aspects of field management while contributing to safety, schedule integrity, and on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Commercial/Multi-Family Electrical Construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Superintendent and field team with daily jobsite activities.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating subcontractors.
• Review drawings and ensure QA/QC compliance.
• Document safety, progress and quality on site.
• Contribute to project closeout and turnover activities.
• Assist in identifying and solving coordination issues to maintain workflow.
