Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking Assistant Superintendents to join our Commercial and Multifamily Construction teams in Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh, and surrounding NC markets. This role supports on-site operations on a growing portfolio of projects and provides hands-on coordination with subs, vendors, and inspectors.

You will help monitor schedules, enforce safety standards, and maintain daily reports and closeout documentation, contributing to timely, quality project delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, or related role.
• Commercial or multifamily construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of construction scheduling and field coordination.
• Experience with Procore and other construction management software is a plus.
