Assistant Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Our client, a highly reputable mid-sized general contractor is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join their team in Greenville, SC. They specialize in a wide range of projects, including healthcare, education, retail, industrial, and more, delivering both renovation and new construction projects up to $50 million.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the superintendent in managing daily site operations
• Assist with scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring project timelines are met
• Help enforce OSHA and company safety standards
• Maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field teams

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction as an Assistant Superintendent
• Experience working on renovation and/or new construction projects
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of construction scheduling software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar preferred but not essential)
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
