After month three, responsibilities expand to offering hair services, engaging in product demonstrations, and contributing to store events.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.

• Ability to learn and apply new salon techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and help meet store goals for retail and service sales.
• Support mentor stylist in hair services and product sales with add-ons and recommendations.
• Perform hair services after three months, including styling, color, and treatments (where applicable).
• Demonstrate products to drive sales and guest experience.
• Assist in in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards and keep the salon tidy.
