Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and contribute to meeting store goals for retail and service sales.
• Support mentor Stylist in achieving sales and productivity targets for hair services and products.
• Perform product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance guest experience.
• Assist with in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation; follow procedures and dress code.
• Attend mandatory trainings to enable ongoing professional development.
