Assistant Studio Manager – South Tampa

Join Orangetheory Fitness | Afterburn Coaching as an Assistant Studio Manager and help deliver world‑class fitness experiences. This is a full‑time role with a base pay of $18.00 per hour. Your actual compensation will be based on skill and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, maintain a positive front‑of‑house environment
• Present Orangetheory fitness concepts and conduct studio tours (intros)
• Answer phones and assist members at the front desk
• Work with trainers to guide new members through their first workouts
• Sell memberships and follow up on prospective clients
• Handle member concerns professionally, aiming for resolution
• Participate in marketing and outreach events
• Keep studio areas clean and organized

Qualifications

We look for passionate, positive, detail‑oriented individuals who thrive in a team environment. Ideal candidates are adept at customer service, comfortable speaking to diverse audiences, and eager to step into a leadership role when necessary. A background in fitness or a passion for fitness culture is preferred.
