Assistant Studio Manager – Webster

Orangetheory Fitness | Afterburn Coaching is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) to work closely with the Studio Manager and ensure front‑of‑the‑house operations run smoothly. The ASM represents the Orangetheory brand, shares the science behind our workouts, and delivers world‑class fitness experiences to members.

Pay Range

$17.00/hr – $17.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Presenting the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers (intros).
• Managing front‑desk duties including answering phones and communicating with members.
• Giving studio tours.
• Working hand‑in‑hand with trainers to guide intuition through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Selling memberships to support studio growth.
• Following up on prospective clients.
• Handling member concerns professionally and objectively to achieve resolution.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of all studio areas.
