Assistant Studio Manager - Lithia

Join Orangetheory Fitness | Afterburn Coaching to lead world‑class studio experience.

Pay Range

$18.00/hr – $18.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Greeting members with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers (“intros”).
• Managing front desk operations, including answering phones and member interactions.
• Giving studio tours.
• Working with trainers to guide intro clients through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Guiding membership sales to help the studio thrive.
• Following up on prospective clients.
• Resolving members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensuring studio areas remain clean and organized.
