Assistant Studio Manager - Lynnwood

Pay range: $24.00/hr – $24.00/hr.

We are looking for a passionate, positive, and detail-oriented person who can help deliver a world‑class fitness experience. As an Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) you will work closely with the Studio Manager to ensure front‑of‑house operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting members with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Presenting the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested consumers (“intros”).
• Managing the front desk, including answering phones and handling member queries.
• Giving studio tours and guiding new members through their first workout.
• Working hand‑in‑hand with trainers to coach intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Following up on prospective clients and handling member concerns professionally with a goal of resolution.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.
