Assistant Studio Manager (ASM)

The Assistant Studio Manager works closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the front‑of‑house operations run smoothly. You will serve as a positive influence, step in when your manager steps out, and set goals and surpass them to help the studio thrive.

Every day will be different, but you’ll represent the Orangetheory brand while sharing the science behind our workouts and encouraging members to enjoy them.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers ("intros")
• Working at the front desk, answering phones, and engaging with members
• Giving studio tours
• Guiding new members ("intros") through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns professionally with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of studio areas
