Job summary

Perspire Sauna Studio in Sandy Springs is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to help lead the team and uphold Perspire’s mission, vision, and values. You will support the Studio Manager in driving membership sales and delivering a superior guest experience.

Key responsibilities include coaching staff, managing daily operations, inventory, and facilities, while promoting the health benefits of IR saunas and related therapies to guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills for guests and team members.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to lead and influence others and provide coaching.
• Superior customer service and calm problem-solving approach.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Studio Manager to implement SOPs and ensure consistency in daily operations.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve studio goals.
• Maintain positive, team-first energy and a great work environment.
• Serve as liaison between Studio Manager and staff, communicating updates.
• Lead membership sales and monitor performance via conversion and charts.
• Provide hospitable, consistent guest service and address issues promptly.
• Promote IR sauna benefits and Perspire memberships to guests.
• Understand and explain the science and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy.
• Follow front desk processes: member check-in, calls, forms, tours, and new memberships.
• Manage weekly/monthly inventory purchasing and processing.
• Perform regular studio inspections to ensure equipment operation and facility standards.
