StretchLab Stamford is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to lead membership sales, coach a team, and manage studio operations in a fast-paced, growth-focused wellness business.

This full-time role offers an hourly base of $20–$22 plus commissions and performance bonuses, with a clear path to Studio Manager and General Manager roles, plus a complimentary StretchLab membership and ongoing leadership training.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working toward measurable goals.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Confident speaking with clients and closing sales.
