Job summary

Elements Massage is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee sales and operations for a massage therapy wellness studio. The role focuses on leadership, policy execution, and exceptional customer service, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

The position emphasizes experience in management, strong communication, and the ability to train and motivate a team in a wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager.
• Ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
• Customer Service oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence.
• Excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills.
• Flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Competent trainer and motivator.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations for the studio.
• Lead a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Implement and enforce studio policies and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Coach and develop staff to achieve targets.
• Coordinate scheduling and training activities.
• Manage vendor relations and studio metrics.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety policies.
• Support franchise ownership in day‑to‑day operations.
