Job summary

Elements Massage, a wellness studio under Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee sales and studio operations to drive growth and service quality.

The role requires strong leadership, client-service focus, and the ability to implement structured processes. Experience with schedule optimization and team coordination is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in management including but not limited to sales manager and operations manager.
• Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team and ensure smooth operations.
• Ability to implement structure, policies, and procedures.
• Customer service oriented with strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confident communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations for a massage therapy wellness studio.
• Lead the team to optimize scheduling, client flow, and service quality.
• Develop and implement policies, processes, and standards for daily operations.
• Coordinate with staff on training, onboarding, and performance.

Manager Qualifications - A great manager believes in the therapeutic benefits of Massage Therapy, and has the following

• Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager.
• Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
• Customer Service oriented
• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to excute and excel to build a strong sucessful massage studio
• Competent trainer and motivator
• MindBody Software experience a plus
• Prefered Requirement have worked at Elements Massage experence.
