Job summary

Elements Massage in Colorado Springs is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join a studio focused on knowledge, skills and customized massage for a variety of clients. We emphasize a supportive environment, ongoing training and career growth.

This role offers a competitive base pay of $25–$29 per hour plus gratuity and enhancements, paid time off, liability insurance reimbursement, free monthly services, and flexible scheduling, with part-time Friday PM, Saturday PM, and Sunday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist program.
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification.
• Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions.
• We love to speak with students, inexperienced, and experienced massage therapists with a wide variety of experience from private, medical massage therapy, resort spa / medical spa experience, and much more.

Responsibilities

• Follow our proven systems for providing a superior massage therapy experience for your clients and members.
• Customize massage based on client needs and preferences
• Provide a professional recommendation for next steps in a client’s treatment plan
• Create SOAP/intake notes for each massage session
• Maintain a clean workspace
