Our Elements Massage® in Surprise, AZ is looking for a assistant sales manager/operations manager to co-lead sales and operations for a Massage Therapy wellness studio. We are looking for someone experienced in Wellness (massage, skin sevices) that has helped run a shop/management previous to this role.

Assistant Studio Manager Qualifications - A great assistant manager believes in the therapeutic benefits of Massage Therapy, and has the following

• Must have at least 1 year of sales experience in related field (health, wellness, gym, spa, etc.)
• Have 2.5 years experience in management including but not limited to experience as an assistant sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager in a service, sales or retail environment
• Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures
• Customer Service oriented
• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
