EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Assistant Stretch Manager to lead on the floor, set appointments, and build member relationships while selling Assisted Stretch packages. You will mentor Stretch Trainers and drive results across shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities include delivering top customer service, onboarding new members, and collaborating with sales and Personal Training teams to hit daily targets.

Formación

• Must have at least 1 year of fitness sales experience.
• Excellent people skills and customer service mentality.
• Ability to work with membership and personal training teams.
• Willing to coach Stretch Trainers and develop plans.
• Must be organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver great customer service on the club floor.
• Onboard and develop Stretch Trainers via monthly coaching plans.
• Collaborate with membership and Personal Training sales.
• Ensure club cleanliness and safety.
• Achieve daily targets when Stretch Manager is not present.
