Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven leader to take on the role of Assistant Stretch Manager (Assisted Stretching Sales). This role involves working on the club floor, setting appointments, and building relationships with members while selling Assisted Stretch packages and developing the Stretch Trainers to do the same.

Candidates must have great people skills, a willingness to learn, be mentored, and a strong desire to help others achieve results.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of fitness sales experience.
• Ability to onboard and develop Stretch Trainers through coaching.
• Strong communication and customer service mentality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service.
• Assist Stretch Director and Stretch Manager in onboarding Stretch Trainers.
• Club cleanliness and new member onboarding.
• Collaborate with membership and Personal Training sales.
• Meet daily targets for Assistant Stretch Manager shifts when Stretch Manager is away.
• Develop Stretch Trainers through monthly coaching plans.
