Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated Stretch Manager to lead on-floor sales, build member relationships, and grow a team of trainers focused on assisted stretches. This role blends fitness knowledge with strong people skills to drive revenue and member satisfaction.

You will generate leads, convert inquiries into customers, and teach staff how to conduct 25- and 50-minute stretching sessions, delivering personalized mobility programs that support member goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness sales or operations experience.
• Ability to drive program-based revenue and manage growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the phone, and by email.
• National personal training certification; CPR within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities
