EōS Fitness is seeking an energetic Assistant Stretch Manager to lead on the club floor, set appointments, and build relationships while selling Assisted Stretch packages. You will help develop Stretch Trainers and work closely with membership and Personal Training sales to drive results.

This hourly role requires a passion for fitness, strong people skills, and a commitment to helping members achieve their mobility goals. Participation in a fast-paced team environment is essential.

Formación

• At least 1 year of fitness sales experience.
• Strong people skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work weekends and variable shifts.
• Customer-service oriented with a results drive.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver great customer service.
• Onboard and develop Stretch Trainers with the Stretch Director/Manager.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with membership and Personal Training sales.
• Achieve daily targets for Assistant Stretch Manager shifts.
• Coach/stretch Trainers through monthly plans.
• Maintain product knowledge and program information.
