Job description

The role of Assistant Stretch Manager is sales‑driven and focused on building member relationships, selling Assisted Stretch packages, and developing a team of Stretch Trainers.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Stretch Director and Stretch Manager in onboarding and developing Stretch Trainers.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety of equipment and facilities.
• Onboard new members and collaborate with Membership and Personal Training sales teams.
• Achieve daily targets for Assistant Stretch Manager shifts when the Stretch Manager is absent (Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays).
• Develop Stretch Trainers through monthly Coaching Plans and ongoing coaching.
• Build and sustain a passion for fitness and mobility while motivating clients.
• Track performance and deliver results, demonstrating strong drive and commitment.
• Support other tasks as needed to meet business objectives and member experience standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of fitness sales experience.
• Proven ability to work with Membership and Personal Training teams.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mentality.
• Adaptable, organized, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Open to coaching and mentoring colleagues.
• Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts (morning to late night).
• Passion for health and fitness.

Requirements

• Background check clearance.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• Physical ability to move throughout a gym, bend routinely, and lift more than 40 lbs.
• Ability to operate company computer systems, prepare documents, enter data, and read reports.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $15.00 USD
