EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven leader to serve as Assistant Stretch Manager (Assisted Stretching Sales). The role involves working the floor, setting appointments, and building relationships with members while selling Assisted Stretch packages and developing a team of Stretch Trainers.

Position Purpose

Assess members’ needs to formulate customized mobility programs and services. Take ownership of the member experience and business objectives on weekends in preparation for managing the club independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Stretch Director and Stretch Manager in onboarding and developing Stretch Trainers.
• Maintain club cleanliness.
• Onboard new members.
• Collaborate with membership and Personal Training sales teams.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety.
• Demonstrate passion for fitness and mobility.
• Show strong drive for success and commitment.
• Track record of delivering results and motivating clients.
• Meet daily targets for Assistant Stretch Manager shifts when the Stretch Manager is absent (Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays).
• Develop Stretch Trainers through monthly Coaching Plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of fitness sales experience.
• Experience working with membership sales and personal training teams.
• Proven ability to develop the skills of Stretch Trainers through coaching.
• Take ownership of results and adapt quickly to changing situations.
• Excellent communication with members and teammates, customer‑service oriented.
• Team player, organized, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and high‑quality work.
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
• Passion for health and fitness.

Requirements

• Successfully pass a background check.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work in a gym setting, move about club floors, and operate company computer systems.
• Ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs.

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $15.
