This position requires a passion for fitness, excellent customer service skills, and at least a year of experience in fitness sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a team of Stretch Trainers and ensuring an exceptional member experience.

This role offers hourly pay starting at $15, along with benefits including free membership, competitive pay, and opportunities for personal growth.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of fitness sales experience.
• Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service.
• Assist in onboarding and developing Stretch Trainers.
• Achieve all daily targets for Assistant Stretch Manager shifts.
