• Directly manages Captains and coaches store team for high performance.

• Oversees payroll, staff scheduling, and budget alignment with traffic trends.
• Recruiting and hiring of Captain (Supervisor) level positions and guidance on interviews.
• Ensures adherence to policies, loss prevention, and execution of training initiatives.
