Job summary

Saks OFF 5TH is seeking an Assistant Store Director, Operations to lead back-of-house efficiency and customer-focused store performance. You will oversee workload planning, freight flow, inventory integrity, and digital tools adoption, partnering with the Store Director to drive strategic operational initiatives.

You will apply expertise in retail operations, analytics, and team leadership to optimize EBITA and ensure an elevated in-store experience across the Buckhead location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail operations.
• Strong understanding of operational processes, inventory management, and freight flow.
• Experience with workload planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational workload planning to balance efficiency with business needs.
• Oversee all store operational standards and ensure high-level execution.
• Ensure adoption of digital tools for operational execution.
• Plan, budget, and schedule operational processes with clear timelines.
