Saks OFF 5TH is seeking an Assistant Store Director, Customer Experience & Workforce Management, to drive exceptional service and operational excellence. You will lead a team, coach associates, and use data to optimize client engagement and staffing in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

You will also partner with the Store Director to ensure flawless store execution, balance talent resources with traffic, and uphold the highest standards of customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within a customer-focused retail environment.
• Ability to coach and reinforce service behaviors and resolve escalated issues.
• Strong analytics to inform staffing, scheduling, and performance decisions.

Responsibilities

• Model and reinforce service behaviors that drive exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead escalation resolution and coach the team on service recovery.
• Develop and implement store-level clienteling strategies for personalized outreach.
• Create strategic schedules and align staffing to traffic patterns.
• Act as store lead in the Store Director’s absence and maintain operations.
• Analyze KPIs and data to inform business strategies and prioritize actions.
