Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead in the Store Manager's absence and to act as a business owner within the LensCrafters location. You will drive key performance metrics and deliver exceptional patient and customer experiences.

The role requires supervisory experience, solid retail operations knowledge, and strong selling and communication skills. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory/managerial experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies; strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of Store Manager; act as business owner for the marketplace.
• Drive KPIs: sales, conversion, traffic, and profitability while maintaining care standards.
• Support store plans to maximize sales and profit; develop and coach team.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to lead and develop staff; provide timely feedback.
• Ensure visual directives are executed and store appearance is maintained.
• Maintain positive relations with doctors and ensure policy compliance.
